Larchmere Physiotherapy

A calm, reassuring site for a physiotherapy clinic that explains what to expect, shows clear prices and makes booking straightforward.

Larchmere Physiotherapy is a fictional business. This project was designed to demonstrate how Cyrios Sites approaches a website for this type of business. It is not client work.

The scenario

Larchmere is a fictional physiotherapy clinic in Thame. In this scenario many of its patients are in pain, unsure whether physiotherapy will help, and nervous about what an appointment involves. The website needs to reassure them, answer practical questions and make booking feel easy.

The approach

The hero pairs a clear booking button with a panel showing upcoming availability and the practical details people check first: whether a referral is needed and how long the first visit takes.

A list of common conditions helps visitors recognise their own problem. A three-step explanation of the first appointment takes away the uncertainty. Prices are listed plainly with appointment lengths, because unclear pricing is one of the biggest reasons people put off booking.

Design decisions

  • Calm, clinical without being cold. Deep teal and soft sage feel professional and restful, avoiding the stark white of a hospital.
  • Rounded, soft shapes. Cards and buttons with generous rounding make the interface feel approachable.
  • Light-weight headings. A single typeface, Geist, at a light weight keeps the tone quiet and confident.
  • A short booking form. Name, email, preferred time and an optional note. Enough to arrange an appointment, nothing more.
