Website terms

Last updated 20 October 2026.

About these terms

These terms cover your use of this website. By using it, you agree to them. They don’t cover website design work itself. Any project is agreed separately, in writing, before it starts.

Who I am

This website is run by Jevahn McKinley, trading as Cyrios Sites, a sole trader based at Jubilee Square, Aylesbury HP19 9DZ. You can contact me at contact@cyriossites.co.uk or on 07464 835824.

Prices and information on this site

I aim to keep everything on this website accurate and up to date. Prices shown are for the packages described on the pricing page. Not VAT registered: the price shown is the price you pay. Prices may change, and the price for your project is the one confirmed to you in writing before work starts.

Information on this site is general and doesn’t form an offer or a contract. Nothing here is a guarantee of any particular result, such as a search engine ranking.

Concept projects

Projects marked “Concept project” are designed for fictional businesses to demonstrate my approach. Any resemblance to a real business is unintended. Phone numbers on concept sites are from a range reserved by Ofcom for fictional use, and their forms don’t send any information.

Using this website

You may use this website for your own information. Please don’t misuse it, for example by trying to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, or sending spam through the contact form.

Intellectual property

The design, text and images on this website belong to Cyrios Sites unless stated otherwise. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

Links to other websites

Where this site links to other websites, those links are provided for convenience. I’m not responsible for the content of websites I don’t run.

Liability

This website is provided free of charge and “as is”. While I take care to keep it accurate and available, I can’t guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Privacy

How I handle personal information is explained in the privacy notice.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
