Pennywort is a neighbourhood café with twenty seats inside and a handful more in the courtyard. Coffee comes from a small roaster nearby, and the bakes come out of the oven every morning.
It’s the kind of place to stop before a walk up Coombe Hill, or after one. Bring the dog, bring the paper, stay as long as you like.
